Who we are
Perry Games creates and publishes mobile puzzle games, including PuzzleIQ. This policy explains how our games and website handle information.
Contact: support@perrygames.co.uk
Information stored by PuzzleIQ
PuzzleIQ is designed to work without creating a full user account. The app may store game progress, completed puzzles, settings, sound preferences, daily puzzle progress, unlocked content status, cached game files, and pack completion information locally on your device.
Online highscores and leaderboards
PuzzleIQ includes an optional online highscore and leaderboard feature. If you choose to submit a score, the app may send and store your chosen username, score, pack ID, completed puzzle count, score breakdown, app version, submission time, and an anonymous app installation identifier.
The installation identifier is generated by PuzzleIQ for leaderboard and anti-abuse purposes. It is not your hardware serial number and is not intended to directly identify you. The server may store a protected version of this identifier.
Leaderboard entries may be visible to other users. Public leaderboard information may include the username you entered, score, rank, pack name, and submission details. Please do not use your real name or personal information as your leaderboard username.
Perry Games may moderate, remove, refuse, or hide offensive, inappropriate, suspicious, or cheating-related leaderboard submissions.
Website and technical information
When you visit this website or when PuzzleIQ contacts Perry Games online services, the hosting provider may create standard server logs. These logs can include technical information such as IP address, browser or app user agent, request time, and requested URL.
Purchases
If PuzzleIQ offers optional in-app purchases, payments and purchase processing are handled by Google Play. Perry Games does not receive or store your full payment card details.
Notifications
PuzzleIQ may ask for permission to show notifications, such as daily puzzle reminders or app updates. You can turn notifications off in your device settings.
